Scheduling an appointment with Mike was quick and easy. He came out the following week with another gentleman and they did a great job. Mike was very knowledgeable about carpets and very friendly. I will use Progressive Carpet again!

Our home recently had water damage that extended from the 2nd story down into our finished basement. Carpeting, trim, drywall, paint, electrical, HVAC, were all involved in the repair process, and Mike handled the coordination with all trades. Mike is very organized, and does great work. Most importantly, I trust him around my family when he and his team perform work, even if I'm not home. In my opinion, being able to trust and feel comfortable with the people working in your home is just as important as the work itself. I have recommended Mike to friends and family, and will not hesitate to make him my first call for services in the future.

Had a leak in my water heater that flooded the whole basement, I thought I was in a world of mess then someone told me about Mike of progressive carpet cleaning. He called me back very shortly after I left message and was working on the job within 4 hours of call. Really saved me a lot of further damages. I now use him for all my carpet cleaning and my brother and sisters do too! Very awesome experience, handles all the insurance for me as well.

We lucked out finding Progressive Carpet & Mike! Our basement unfortunately flooded and Mike came in to do the water restoration and carpet replacement. We have been so happy that he has also cleaned all of our carpets and even replaced the rest of the house. Trusty and reliable. Would highly recommend.

Mike responded quickly to my inquiry and was very flexible to come on a date that worked for me! He arrived on time and did an amazing job! Our carpets look great after this cleaning. Highly recommend! Very friendly too!
