Exceeded all expectations! I live in Michigan and called the day before Mother's Day to have an arrangement delivered to my Mom. By afternoon it was delivered. Christel was evidently more concerned with the delivery than getting paid, because she called me a few days later to settle up with me! She seems to truly love what she does.
