This morning, around 9:45 I went in for my weekly bucket of munchkins and cold brew. The girl who took my order was friendly and efficient but I am here to give praise to a girl who helped with my order. She had pink/purple hair and was super nice, very hard working and professional. Her service deserved more than my tip so here is my kuddos to her.nn*Establishment is always clean and fast.*
Please teach your employees how to correctly wear a mask. Apparently they need better instructions.
Definitely met the double Ds standard. Quick and clean
They had a great selection of Donuts. Made my coffee perfectly and they always have classic rock playing which makes me have the nostalgic feeling of being proud to be a Massachusettian.
Staff is very rude and dismissive. I am an employee at another location and I am speechless at the disrespectful customer service i just experienced at the drive thru window. Employees focused on cellphones and socializing and are refusing to sell an additional cup. Unhappy customer.
