Very small parking spaces. Very little direction as to which garage a person should use according to what they are at the hospital/Dr's office for. Or which end of the building (east or west) for the elevators most convenient to where a person needs to get to. Every Dr I have been to there, has offered a token to park for free, which is a nice bonus.
