This place had the worst customer service I've ever experienced... They refused to cancel my shipment before it went out... Refused to contact FedEx and have it shipped back to them when we realized there was an error... Tried to charge me an arbitrary $20 fee to make a phone call to fix their mistake. Horrible service.

These guys are a joke. If I could give negative stars I would. Never shipped my tires. Sent multiple messages and never got a response. Called and talked to a guy and he told me he had to look into the issue and call me back, that never happened. Paid for and ordered tires 2 weeks ago and still nothing. No response to messages or calls, tracking still just says labels created. Do yourself a favor and spend your money with people who actually care about being a quality business who take pride in providing a good customer experience.

Customer service is horrible. Bought some wheels off of Amazon which said they fit my truck. They don’t and they weren’t the wheels pictured on amazon. And now they’re being very vague and want me to pay for return shipping. I’ll take this down if they make it right
