Terrible service by the young woman in the ordering room (halfway down the hallway on the right)! She wouldn’t get up from her computer or look away from it. I asked several questions about various keg options and she didn’t seem to want to help in the least bit. After this encounter I spoke with a couple of friends who said that they have had the exact same experience and would not return to Premium ever again. I feel the same now.nnThere are plenty of other options around town, don’t have to settle for this again!
