Unfortunately their customer service skills are lacking respect, honesty and consistency. They do not follow their printed guarantees stating they are 'typos' when pointed out. Merchandise is exactly what you pay for. Do NOT fall for their 'try it and then buy it or return it scheme.' They refuse to send the return label until your time is up. They then refuse to take back merchandise as guaranteed on website and through verbal means. Had to beg for their 'free displays'and still have yet to receive. Have only sold two pieces of their product even with severely discounted prices. I am now stuck with multiple items due to their lack of customer satisfaction guarantee follow through and failure to live up to product guarantee. I would highly recommend you try other vendors.
