Great experience with manager today. I drove through car wash four days ago and lost a piece of my rooftop rack. Looking for the parts, I left my name and number the next day after I realized they were missing. Manager followed up with me by phone and held the pieces for me to pick up. Very nice gentleman - he went above and beyond what I expected - very much appreciated!

Exxon has the best rewards system out of any gas station I have ever been to I highly recommend joining the rewards program

So much gas, not enough time

If you shop here do not use a debit or credit card and make sure your order total and the change you receive is correct. In march my husband and I was staying in Columbus and used our debit card at this gas station and one other place well a week later our information was stolen and the thieves charged our card multiple times in one day and managed to steal over $400 until we caught it. We were at a loss for how our information was stolen until recently when we was staying in Columbus and stopped at this gas station again and the customer ahead of us was checking out and we overheard the cashier trying to get him to pay with a card and the guy told him all he had was cash. When we went to checkout our total was $9 and my husband handed the cashier a $50 and he looked at it and looked back at my husband and my husband told him all he had was cash the cashier then started messing with the cash register and it said change due was $10 my husband told him it was incorrect and got the right change back and the cashier had an attitude about it. Then it dawned on me about how our information was stolen and how the cashier kept insisting for everyone to use a card to pay so I assume he's skimming peoples cards and he's the one that stole our information and I also think he's over charging customers on purpose hoping nobody will notice and he can pocket some quick cash. Just in case my assumptions are correct I recommend everyone who shops here to be careful and don't use a card to pay.

The pumps never work and the trash is always full and the parking lot always has trash littering it.
