For visitors passes the time necessary could vary. Sometimes it takes only 5 minutes, others it takes a half hour so plan accordingly. Personell are very kind and helpful.

Its the entrance to a military base, so not looking at 5 star customer service - their job is to defend the facility not cater to customers. It would have been nice to get directions to where I needed to go once on post. I would feel bad for someone who has never been on a base before trying to find their way. Better experience than Ft. Hood.

I love how secure the base is. I love the way they are professional. They follow procedure by verification at every step. I feel safe on the base.
