I like the knowledge the gals have here and always on time
I wouldn't take any nice clothes here. Took a 2 piece suit and a dress shirt to be dry cleaned/pressed. Both the jacket and the pants came back with massive creases in several spots. On the pants they clearly steamed it flat with the pockets crinkled up and the creases came from that... Instead of fixing the pockets or hanging it to do it. The jacket again must've just been bunched up on the table when they steamed it. It took me 15+ minutes with a steamer to get all the creases out. The pants had several light stains on them that came out with minimal effort, which means it either happened after they dry cleaned it (from their hands?), or they didn't at all. BOTH the jacket and pants had safety pins through them to hold on the tag... Instead of using a clip, going through the label, around the button, they put two holes through both sides of the fabric (in very visible locations) of a 900$ suit!!! I will be filing complaints with their corporate office, this is absurd. Never had these issues with Dublin cleaners.
Couldn't replace my zipper
They have been taking care of me for years. The service is excellent. It's nice to do business with people who know you by name!
