Was up front about how long it would take and about possibly how much it could cost. “Haven’t taken a look yet but I’ll call ya about the issue and what you’re looking at to fix it.” Was gracious enough to give me a ride home to my house over 20 minutes away and was a polite older gentleman who didn’t blow smoke. Would definitely recommend!!

This business has treated me with courtesy, all times professionally and provided diagnosis services without charge. They have been diligent finding replacement parts for my car for the lowest prices available. I recommend this business to all, but wish to convey that I also recommend this business to women.

First of all the owner ,I assume came to pick up our car on a trailer for $20..very kind..it had expired tags.needed an alternator and we asked about an oil change which he said was $70!!! My regular mechanic was booked and recommended Blacks.he only charges $40 for an oil change so we told we would get back with him on the oil change .He said we needed a battery too though it was only a year old...he went ahead and did the oil change though we never called back to say yes and put a battery in our car much bigger and nicer and said he used an old core of his to turn in..he put our old battery which warranty was over,in trunk along with our alternator.it should have been turned in as core when he bought the rebuilt alternator...he could not produce the receipts for the alternator or the battery..which makes me think he put in USED ONES on the car..plus he is supposed to use our CORES to turn in for new parts and didn't.snother clue he used USED PARTS.. IT COST $440 or $540 AND HE TRIED TO CHARGE US $60 FOR THE OIL CHANGE WHICH HE DID DO, BUT WE DID NOT OK IT.HE SAID HE LOST OUR NUMBER!!! SO HE DRIVES OUR CAR HOME WITH NO TAGS AND WE WERE GETTING READY to leave IN OUR OTHER CAR AND HES IN DRIVEWAY WANTING A RIDE HOME..WE DID GET A FREE OIL CHANGE BUT HIS PRICES ARE HIGH AND HE NEVER ADMITTED TO USING USED PARTS BUT COULDNT SHOW US RECEIPTS...WE WERE NOT COMFY DRIVING A CAR WITH NO TAGS SO TOLD HIM TO TAKE IT BACK AND WE WOULD PICK UP LATER WITH A NEW TAG.HE DID..WHEN WE CAME FOR IT HE WAS OUT AND HAD A YOUNG MAN CHECK US OUT.nUNPROFESSIONAL.NEEDS A PLANNER WITH DATES NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS AND RECEIPTS AND DONT UDE OLD PARTS UNLESS HE ASKS SND DO NOT CHARGE NEW PRICES FOR USED PARTS. Speaks very rude and unprofessional on phone.nMIGHT CONSIDER GOING BACK TO HIM IF HE WAS MORE ORGANIZED AND TRUTHFUL. No clue if he changed air filter which is usually part of an oil change.nWas surprised my mechanic recommended him! My regular one is much more honest and professional

Blacks automotive is great had clutch go out. Call for a tow , took it to Blacks, wow he done a great job on fixing up the old truck. Other things needed fixed and he fixed it also for us. Cost for fixing was cheaper than we thought it would be with motor having to be pulled. The are great out there, friendly, treat you like family. We like that, will not go anywhere but there.
