We recently bought a set of new tires here, a month later we had to take a tire off while doing some work underneath of it. The tire was torqued so tight it took awhile to loosen each lugnut!! Anyone that works with tires everyday should know better to do this!! So lady at the front desk, you might want to let your worker know your customers would appreciate it not to torque the tires!!! Also you could use a lesson on politeness yourself, very rude lady...
Stopped in while on a long distance road trip to troubleshoot. Helped identify the problem quickly and didnt charge me for their time. Very friendly folks, would definitely recommend!

Last month I had new tires put on my wife’s SUV then yesterday she ran something over in the road causing a piece of metal to get lodged in the tire. So I took it to Shuperts tire to have them patch it because I didn’t want to put a plug in it due to the tires being so new. I was there for about 15 minutes and it was almost closing time the lady working the front desk told me they had to replace a valve stem and I thought that was strange since the tires were so new but ok. They charged me 30 dollars and sent me on my way. When I got home I decided to check the repairs and noticed the only thing they did was push a 2 dollar plug into the tire!!! NO Patch!! If I wanted the tire plugged I would have done this myself. This is poor service and I feel they took advantage of me. Also the lady working the front desk was extremely rude.
