Eco’s President Bill Douglas, Vice President Eric Polito as well as all the staff, technicians and office are committed to the highest assistance for their customers. I’m 71 and this is not my first rodeo. I know when I find an exceptional company. Today is an excellent example. I had an 8 am appointment but technician is sick, so Bill Douglas rearranges the already overwhelming schedule and sent a technician from Marshfield to West Roxbury within 40 minutes of finding out that the scheduled technician was sick. I call that a superb customer service commitment. This is one of the many times they have assisted me in the last two months. Prior to today for free.nnHere’s some background on my connection to Eco. We have a “know it all” tenant who has been tormenting us for months. He has been and still is convinced that he had bed bugs in his carpet. After checking with four pest control companies I stumbled onto Eco. The first thing that impressed me about Eco is that they are absolutely transparent. All of their employees are posted on their website, as is the President Bill Douglas and Eric Polito, the VP &COO. I was connected to Eric as if he was just another employee. When in the process of being helped, I also exchanged email with the President. Clearly Eco is 100% committed to customers. Eric, put my mind at rest after five minutes on the phone. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very kind and generous with information and advice. He did not approach my problem as a means of making a quick profit offering their services. Instead he told me about a company with a dog that can sniff for bedbugs. His advice saved us a fortune. They also stayed with me as my tenant continued to dispute that professionals were less knowledgeable than he in identifying bedbugs infestation. There are no bed bugs. We now have the diagnosis from the sniffing dog (that we would have know about if not for Eco) and from Eco technician. I will never use another pest control. Eco is now my go to company.

I had an ant problem so I reached out. Their friendly technicians treated my apartment and were really transparent with the process. It was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Eco Systems to a friend.

The mosquito's in my yard have been ruthless this spring so we had Eco Pest come out to spray and remove both the mosquito's and ticks around the property. The pricing was fair and the service tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
