My wife and I would highly recommend KAKS for a basement finishing project. Steve and the KAKS team were very helpful from the initial estimate all the way through to the finishing touches and final walk through. The KAKS crew and the contractors were all very professional and did great work. Overall, we are very happy with the results.
My experience was incredible! I cannot say enough about Steve Sweeney and his entire, crew, office, etc. We shopped around and Steve was able to provide a superior product that was competitively priced and had a great turn around time. Every possible item was considered and explained to us we never felt pressured into doing something we were not 100% comfortable with. Look no further if you are looking to get your basement finished
Work was done quickly, people are courteous and responsive. I waited a year since having the work done to be sure it worked out and I am very happy with the products, and the look of our finished basement.
