After being told time and time again that it would be “a couple more weeks” by Lowe’s, I called Yale. They had exactly what I wanted, in stock, and at the same price. I ordered Tuesday afternoon and my new dishwasher was delivered Thursday. Stan was very helpful and made sure to tell me I could pick up if I wanted to avoid the delivery fee. The delivery guys were quick, clean, and professional. I’ll definitely be going with Yale when we remodel the kitchen.
Great business! Fantastic knowledge with even better service. I visited the Hanover Showroom. Was greeted by a very nice woman. The sales person helped me out. Answered any and all questions. Then advised me on a range that was so much nicer for the money than what I originally came in to see. Thanks Yale. I will be back for more in the future.

Awesome professional service from team Yale! The showroom team at the Hanover location were knowledgeable and efficient, really important during the pandemic. The updates for the delivery of my refrigerator were helpful in planning my time. Yale's delivery team were spot on. They arrived at the scheduled time and were in and out of my home promptly, installing the water lines and electricity. I purchased my former refrigerator from Yale 17 years ago and I plan on returning for all my appliance updates.
