This company rents out questionable properties to students that really don’t know better. They take full advantage of that and rent out places that are in deplorable condition or borderline condemned properties. One of their properties they rented out got shut down bc of its dangerous conditions the students got kicked out and had to find a new place to live. They are still waiting on their security deposits. Don’t use this company.
Horrible agency. Landlord was unresponsive and didn't do anything. We went without wifi for months, even though it was included in the lease. Washer and dryer were broken. Landlord applied my last month's rent from the beginning of the lease to my second month's rent so I got a surprise bill at the end, thinking I had already paid the last month's rent. Don't rent from them. Awful experience.
