Well, I wouldn't say their services are the greatest but they're okay for a backup or a quick to go.nnThe best way to do things with them is go to the website and check the buses; then go to the store and purchase your tickets (the website includes transfer information). Calling really isn't going to help much.nnThe buses have a lot of stops and can run up to about an hour behind schedule if you go past or around NYC. Their tickets are VALID FOR A WHOLE YEAR ONLY IF YOU GET THEM FROM THE BUS STORE - NOT IF YOU PURCHASE ONLINE. Buy tickets from the store just in case you miss a bus or something comes up - then you can just board the next one - it's really helpful, trust me.

Terrible obviously after seeing they were involved in a deadly accident in NJ with a bus full of students. Now I'm afraid of letting my daughter take the bus down from school to NYC.

Office is closed even during regular office hours. Horrible service.

8 years ago on this very day, a moment that will live in infamy happened at the trailways bus terminal. While attempting to catch the bus that brings students back to campus, a biddie took a tumble. We all hope she is okay. But questions get raised. Who was this biddie? We'll never know. We hope that, wherever she is, she has obtained proper winter shoes with heavy tread and traction technology.
