The hygienists and Dr. Burnett were really great. My only issue is with the front desk staff. On several occasions I had billing issues. I was also told several times that I would receive a call back either regarding a procedure I needed done (they were going to contact my insurance and then me), or about a billing issue and I never received any calls back. I stayed there because I received great care, but my family moved so it provided a good reason to switch. Please ask your front desk staff to be better about reaching out to patients.

Entire Hanover team was a awesome both days I went in. I had an exam, xrays, filling and cleaning. I work I. Dental and I was extremely happy with my experience. Thank you!

It was so kind and caring. I told them that I had a very badd experience with dentists and how I get very anxious when I'm around and they just took my fears away. They also help me get financing so I can finally have a smile back in well over 10 years.

I recently moved and needed to find a new dentist. I am so glad I chose to go to Aspen Dental in Hanover. I made my appt online in two minutes. There were multiple spots available. I had some paperwork to fill out when I initially got there so the 20 minute wait was understood on my end as a new patient. I was at this office for two hrs. While some people may feel this is way too long to be at the dentist, I felt as though I was the only patient there. That's how nice everyone was. My dental assistant was wonderful, she took all of my x-rays in a timely manner which is great because x-rays are super uncomfortable when you’re having a full set done. She was also really personable, and I literally want to be her friend. There was also someone shadowing her who was there for her first day and she was so nice too! My hygienist, Martin, is probably my new favorite person. He spent so much time asking about my concerns, checking my glands, informing me about oral health, like over the top service. We also spent a boatload of time talking about our personal lives and it was great. I know more about him than my new neighbors. I haven’t had an appt like this in my entire life. The reason the appt was so long was because I saw so many people in this office today that cared about my mouth. When I reached the front desk at the end of my appt Sam was there to help me. The computers weren’t exactly cooperating, and she apologized over and over for something that wasn’t even her fault. By the time I got home she had already emailed me my treatment plan. I never was waiting alone or waiting long. There was always something going on. Feeling grateful about my experience and praying these people never leave this office.

UPDATE: Aspen Dental reached out to me on multiple occasions to rectify this issue. I was rescheduled and received excellent service.nnI scheduled a Root Canal and paid out of pocket (after insurance$600+) for it in advance days before. The office called me the day of the appointment, while I was at work not able to access my cellphone, to see if I was coming in...to an appointment I already confirmed. THE DR LEFT EARLY ASSUMING I WASN'T GOING TO SHOW UP!!!! I PAID IN FULL AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD RESCHEDULE ME. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! ONLY MY 2ND VISIT AND WOULD BE MY LAST!!!!
