Absolutely delightful customer service!! I went in just for a case and screen protector. I am not a Verizon customer but they were the closest location to get what I needed. They still treated me like a customer helped me with my selection and set up my new case and screen protector. They were not pushy on trying to get me to switch but did give me the great deals and options on services with Verizon. Just might switch over now! Thank you ladys!!
Had to get a new phone and Brianna was great in getting me a new phone and transferring all the information from the old one.
Stopped in the other day to upgrade my phone. Ashley made the process quick and easy. Only thing I realized when I left that was all my information did not transfer from my old phone.
