If there were a zero star option, I would leave that. I've been booking hotels for my son's various sports for the past 6 years, over a dozen each year, and hands down it was the worst experience dealing with this place and their employees I've ever had. My son joined a team late- all they were asked to do was add another room to the group booking so I could go on and book. It was made very clear in an email that that's what they were to do. Not only did they not do that, they told me the hotels would call me directly. When that didn't happen, I called them back and then they had me just book over the phone with them. I questioned why I didn't give them a cc, but they assured me all was well. Bear in mind, I had been looking online, and there were still rooms available at the hotel, just not in the team's group.nThrough my own discovery, I found out the hotel did NOT have a confirmation for me, and we had no room. I called Travel Team and the woman said she knew that. Why she chose not to inform me I will never know, but they were willing to let me drive 3 hours to this hotel and have no room, on one of the busiest weekends where all the hotels around are at full capacity. They were less than helpful, which has been par for the course. In fact the woman completely passed the buck and said that she wasnt responsible for my booking anyway, and gave me the supposed person responsible phone number.nTwo weeks later, I have not received a return call from that person, I have only one night booked (that was all that was available) at the hotel with the team, and I had to book a whole other separate hotel further away from the tournament, just so we had somewhere to stay. I'm in shock that this is what these people do for a living. Ive been setting up group bookings for tournaments for years, and it's not rocket science. This whole saga has been going on for three weeks, with no end in sight, when it could have been remedied with one phone call.

I can't thank Patti Gaudy enough for her hard work and guidance in planning our family vacation last summer. She's super fun to work with and provided us with great options. In the end we settled on a cruise (we had never been on one before) and Patti was able to find us a fantastic trip which accommodated our teenagers as well as my husband and I AND all within our budget. I would highly recommend Patti for all your travel needs!

Patti and the entire team at Travel Team USA made the daunting task of taking a team of 17 college students on a flight to Orlando quick and simple. They found me the best prices, making our trip to nationals one we could afford. I will definitely be using them in the future.
