Mark was so incredibly responsive and helpful! I would finally get to my emails after a ling workday, usually around midnight, and Mark had my answers usually around 4:30-5 a.m.! I've taken many trips and always used a competitor...they were hands down second to Mark's premier servicing! Highly reccomend using his services for your next getaway!

I was fortunate to find Mark Nowak to help me with my cruise on Carnival Horizon with six family members over Thanksgiving 2019. His excellent website enabled me to narrow my destinations and dates. He was so helpful to provide additional information on wonderful excursions which I also booked through the links he provided. When I had questions about the excursion polices regarding age, weight requirements to participate, he contacted the agencies directly and got answers for me. This gave me the the assurance that I needed to book excursions for my 6 year old grandson knowing he would be allowed to participate. He answered emails and phone calls promptly and reassured me that everything was going to be fine! In addition, he contacted the cruise line several times for me to make sure the accommodations would be satisfactory for my 93 year old mother who was traveling with us. He sent a video of the stateroom identical to the one she would be staying in to make sure it would meet her needs. He told me who to contact on the ship if everything was not in order, but thankfully we did not have to use it. I booked my own flight and hotel through Expedia and wish I had used Mark instead since we had so many problems with our flights! We bought travel insurance through Mark as well and thankfully did not have to use it except for several excursions due to my mom’s health. He contacted the company directly and took care of initiating the refund which almost immediately showed up on my credit card.nSince I did not know Mark at all prior to booking the cruise, most people thought I was crazy to book online with a stranger in Buffalo instead of someone locally here in Virginia. Mark came through for us and exceeded my expectations. He was such a pleasure to work with. I would definitely plan another trip with him in the future!

What a great personality Mark has! I went through two travel agencies in the Buffalo area who seemed more interested in talking about themselves and less invested in my upcoming experience. The travel agents before Mark were just so nonchalant and rarely answered my calls or e-mails. Finally, my grandmother and I came across Marks Travel and Tourism and he did a fabulous job with helping us narrow down our hotel and excursions for our upcoming trip to Jamaica ud83cuddefud83cuddf2 ☀ufe0f ud83cudf0a ud83cudfd6!!! We are so glad we came across him, you are in the best hands with Mark!
