The store manager Dion was great. He helped me get into a new iPhone 12 mini and he made the process seamless! Very knowledgeable about the products. Overall a great experience and will be using this store and Dion for all future upgrades and phone purchases
My husband and myself on different days had an amazing experience with RJ & Dion with their help buying new phones. They both went above and beyond helping us both with issues we had. RJ stayed working Saturday 2 hours passed closing helping my husband with issues with our account. He wasn’t closing till he was walking out the door with a phone. Dion made it possible access my account and purchasing a new phone with a smile on his face the entire experience.nThese two young men have made our experience with a Verizon store a magnificent one. We can only say the best Verizon store to go to is Verizon Store in East Bridgewater Ma!!nThank you so much RJ & Dion your endless patience and amazing personalities!!!

Needed to replace a phone. Went to the store in Avon where I've previously bought phones they had in their inventory and they would not provide any service such as transferring the data from the old phone to the new one. They would only sell me a new phone. They staff was reluctant to touch anyone's phones. Taking this COVID a bit over the top - now they don't want to do their job. Wonder how the guy gets his car gassed up - have to touch the gas pum? My phone is a lot cleaner than some of those gas pumps! The store in East Bridgewater provided EXCELLENT service. The technician transferred all the data from the old phone to the new one. More than pleased with the service. Highly recommend them. Willing to do their jobs that they are very good at too..
Excellent service! Dion was the only representative working during my visit. I was there trying to open a new account which took some time. During my visit, numerous customers came in to the store for various interactions. He was attentive to everyone’s needs and very polite! Highly recommend this location for any of your wireless needs!!
