The best care I’ve ever experienced in a doctors office. Very understanding staff and Dr. Chuang took the time to explain everything he was doing because he knew about my anxiety. Nobody really wants to get teeth pulled but so thankful I went with them! Kindness, empathy, understanding. A few key words as to how my care went. Big thank you to this office!

today i went to the brockton oral center with my cousin to get her 4 wisdom teeth pulled. 30 minutes before arriving she received a call from them saying that she would have to pay $15.000 for the surgery. She was not prepared with any money at all. Because she was informed that it would be completely free and that her insurance would pay it off. They called a second time then saying it would only be $2,000. at this point we had arrived there and went inside and spoke to them all the “new” secretary i guess is new there was very rude and was denying that she did not call at 8:00am. my cousin then looked up on her phone her missed calls and there was nothing except for when we we’re about 30 minutes away. the secretary was so frustrated with us as well as another nurse in the back. all she would say was that it wasn’t there fault and that it was the insurances fault although the insurance assured that it was completely paid as well when she went to an appointment a month or so ago it said that everything was paid off. extremely bad service and the doctor was trying to make it a joke by saying “if you can’t pay you can’t pay, just like a credit card if u swipe it and it gets denied you can’t use it” we would ask specific questions and they would not provide us correct answers that made sense. We also tried to see if there could be a service plan she could pay monthly and they said it could not be done. both me and my cousin repeated many of times that something like this should not be told the day of the operation. worst experience ever. do not recommend at all. if i could give 0 starts i would. my sister had missed a day of work to come with my cousin from New Bedford to brockton for nothing we had cancelled a very important weekend for this appointment. never again will we go to that place.

Dr. Chuang was excellent! My brother had a broken tooth that had lodged into his sinus cavity. Dr. Chuang and staff were amazing and got the tooth as well as another tooth next to it that was an issue. The procedure was faster than I thought it would be and when I went to get my bro from the recovery room, he said it was painless and he was so happy with how it went. The doctor was super nice checking in on my brother and has a good sense of humor too! According to my brother he would 100% recommended Dr. Chuang.

The best experience I have seriously ever had at a dentist when extractions were involved. Dr. Chuang was very precise and efficient at removing my wisdom teeth. I went with local anesthesia instead of sedation and I was out the door at 2:15 from a 1:30 appointment. Never once with the needle did Dr. Chuang cause cringing pain. I did arrive a bit early to sort paperwork but they were so ready for me that I was able to get my car washed in the meanwhile. I highly recommend Brockton Oral & Max..

Worth the wait got eight teeth out my face was not even swallowen after surgery ! Dr Chuang did an amazing job they checked on me the next day ! I highly recommend them !!!
