Cheap people who try to cheat out of money. Bought my wife a present for her birthday after being assured that the pieces would fit. Upon speaking to the managers and being told that an exchange was possible, staff initially refused to exchange. Then suddenly an exchange was possible after being told that the managers weren’t in and we called the phone and he was there. Watch out people!

Had a really terrible experience here today. My family came here for wedding jewelry shopping. Even though the store was completely empty when we walked in, the saleswoman was totally uninterested in helping us. Not only that, but she also spoke very rudely with us. She pointed at one of our shopping bags (which was from another jewelry store) and said, “What, they didn’t have what you were looking for at that store?” We were so shocked and disappointed that we left immediately.
