They maybe have a good selection but the two people working there were a lot more interested in discussing their sales commission and paychecks rather than actually working.nI didn’t need help, I knew what I was looking for (but didn’t buy it) - after giving me the initial speech on the day’s promo, one of the sales associates left me alone.nHe was literally wearing a robe with the bare pimply chest showing to his waist. It actually made me uncomfortable. Call me old-fashioned and appropriate, but that outfit could not be called casual and best be worn to a pool party rather than work at a store during the day. It just made me want to leave the store. I don’t ever write reviews, positive or negative, but this one just begged for it. I’m skipping store next time.

The people who work here are incompetent and lack customer service skills. I left a message and was promised a call back which never happened. My credit card was charged twice which I told the incompetent cashier at the time. She gave me a story about how the system crashed. She then assured me that if I got charged twice she would have no problem reversing the charge. I called to tell her the charge appeared twice on my statement expecting her to keep her word. She responds with “well on my end it’s only appearing once”. I will never ever shop at the #sunglasshut in the #jacksonpremiumoutlets and I suggest you don’t either. Ashley doesn’t know what she is doing. #dontshop@sunglasshut!!

Very nice salespeople! The two women that helped me were very nice, as they told me about the 40% off on already reduced Oakley. I tried on three pairs of Oakley: Antix, Frogskin, and one other (can't remember) and they helped me find which style sunglasses fit my face best, square ones. I bought the Frogskin polarized which were amazingly on sale!! Decent conversation with cashier as she talked about how an additional case for sunglasses can be necessary, therefore she was so convincing, so I bought one! LOVE THIS PLACE
