Very disappointed in this Claires.Most Claires I go into the associate is always nice and asks if they can help me with anything. They also tell me about the sales. Nobody greeted me or even said hello. I know that the 1 girl saw me. At least that girl was working though. The other girl was on her phone talking really loud to her friend the whole entire time I was there which was prob a good 30 min. 1st in the back room for everybody to hear then even worst on the sales floor. With me being a sales associate for 24 years in retail and now a dept. head of a store, I find this really bad etiquitte and not good customer service. I did still make a purchase.
