Since Ruth became the store manager and Beth coming to this store I have never had such a better experience in this location. This location is the one we always go to for any of our jewelry needs. And let me tell you Ruth and Beth are the best! Honest, Helpful and will do anything in their power for you!nThank you ladies so much! Please never leave this location!!

I bought my wedding band here 4 weeks ago and needed it sized. They told me it would take 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I started calling. They tell me they'll track it down and call me right back. Its been 4 weeks with no phone calls and now I can't even get anyone to answer the phone. I would never buy anything from there again.

Beth helped us out big time, she took the time to show me and my soon-to-be fiancé a lot of rings and showed how much knowledge she has. I would totally recommend going there!

Prices are so unbeatable and the rings are just so stunning however i had a very odd encounter today and feel like i was being scammed. I purchased my new engagement ring set online only a few months ago and was due for a cleaning but also wanted to get it inspected early. Since i made the purchase online, it only came with a receipt, no bond #. Packed my family up and started the over hour drive only to be told “bc it’s an online order, they can’t look up our order”. I gave the woman proof after proof and she still didn’t make any attempt to look it up. Get home, call the # on our receipt only to be told the store could have easily looked it up. The odd part was is back when i bought the ring, i immediately got an email to purchase the ring protection since it only comes with a limited warranty that gets voided if you miss one 6 month inspection. The woman in store said DONT buy it online. It has some glitches going on and to come back and buy it in store then mentioned it would be around $200-ish. Struck me as odd and was enough to make me never return. I will say, there is or was this awesome older staten island-talking woman who was just the best and made ring try-ons so much fun.

This place has horrible customer service!! I’ve been trying to rectify a discrepancy on their end for at least a week now. The manager Ruth and staff has not handle this situation at all. I’m still waiting for a call from the manager regarding my refund! Bad business.
