*Jeweler still working remotely even though store is closed!* I'm so happy with my jewelry repair and Marlene (the owner) is wonderful. Although her physical store is closed, the phone number listed is forwarded to her cell so I could still reach her. She was able to meet me in person so I could give her my broken bracelet and tell her how I wanted it fixed, and she had it back to me in time for the holidays a couple weeks later. My family member loved the gift and we will absolutely be calling Marlene again!

I had lost an opal on a ring because part of the setting had broke off. I brought it to Marlowe's and they fixed the setting and replaced the opal and it looks brand new! It looks as if nothing had happened to the ring!

Marlowe's set a new centerpiece into a vintage ring for us, charging 450$ pre-tax. We provided an images that made clear the exact changes to be made. The work was poor; the prongs looked like spaghetti glued to the side of the ring, clearly breaking the vintage beauty of the ring. We asked Marlowe's to improve their work. It took them 2 months and resulted in a slight improvement. However, the work is still inadequate. We are now paying a jeweler to undo Marlowe's work and restart from scratch. We'd recommend Marlowe's to refund us.

This was a very negative experience. I went here to get my watch band resized, and the couple said it would take ten minutes. 45 minutes later, I found out they had broken my watch clasp. When they finally finished the job, I asked that they lower the price because of how long it took, and because they broke my watch. The wife said 'absolutely not' that I had wasted 'her time.' Then she and her husband proceeded to insult me, while I was standing right there. Not once did they offer an apology, or any sort of customer service. This was a horrible experience with a mean couple running the business. I don't know how they stay afloat, treating customers like that. I will never go back, and will make sure to tell my friends and family to stay away too.
