Lots of free parking, and the staff is great, but it would be nice if one could access the lobby and their PO box after hours. When I lived in Columbia, SC, I could access the lobby after hours using my box key, and this was 20 years ago. They also made better use of the package lock boxes in SC. It seems to be random in Duxbury.

I get more of my neighbors mail than my own, packages thrown in drive way by a person driving a personal car, in normal street clothes.nHave spoken to management number of times and it only continues. This week I had a box left in the rain at my mailbox instead of the door as request.

Ive never had a problem with them only the other types of service fedex ups ect. I have a box and use there address with it as my apt.# and always recieve my mail as long as other services and the shipper dont screw up
