Once again, Brabo shines! I called yesterday with a question about on-boarding a new employee. Audra was unsure of the answers to my questions, and told me she would check it out and get back to me. Within half an hour, she called me back twice to let me know the answers. I have been thinking about changing payroll companies for about a year now. I have worked with a large, national payroll company for about 10 years and the thought of changing payroll companies seemed so overwhelming and daunting. Where do you even start? Is it worth it? I must say that during this challenging time, the one company that stood out without a doubt was Brabo Payroll. After a talk with Heather and Kevin Hennessey I decided to make the leap. I cannot tell you how easy and seamless it was to make the transition from my old payroll company to them. They walked me through every step of the way. What they have offered through this pandemic has been priceless. All I can say is they have been amazing and they always have your best interest at heart. If you are on the fence, make the LEAP. You will not be sorry. You cannot have a better team behind you and your business. Can I also say, last but not least: SUPPORT LOCAL. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

It’s a scary time to be a small business owner and I am more grateful than ever to be working with Brabo Payroll. Kevin and his team have put together wonderful webinars for their clients explaining the ins and outs of how to apply for loans and new regulations effecting our businesses. At a time when banks and accountants answer questions with “We don’t know” Brabo has gone above and beyond to keep everyone up to date with the issues effecting us most. Everyone in the office has always been a delight to work and they are patient and efficient in helping me sort out all my payroll needs!
