Emmi always greets me with a warm smile and provides the most personalized advice in terms of sizing, customization, and attention to details. She has spent over an hour with me being patient as I went back and forth deciding. Victor is very knowledgeable, talented, and is so fast with his repairs. A true master with an eye for design. If I need a simple clasp fixed, polish, or chain repair, he gets it back to me the same day. They have helped me turn a precious family ring into a brand new custom necklace that they crafted and designed perfect to my liking. After visiting several jewelry stores in Europe, I can say that Dickens Jewelers has the feel of a high-class, refined jewelry store with elegant touches that will make you feel like you are abroad: a sparkling chandelier, beautiful showcases, and a wide selection of elegant watches, rings, bracelets, earrings, and more. I visited countless jewelry stores to find the perfect engagement ring and it was honestly one of the most stressful and overwhelming tasks, especially for a guy to do alone. I came across Dickens Jewelers based on all the positive reviews online and decided to check them out. This is a family owned business located in a very quaint town, and Victor walked me through everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. He walked me through the 4C's: Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat - and showed me the difference under the microscope vs the naked eye. This was a very important chapter in my life and Victor and his wife treated me like a son rather than just another customer. After picking out the center stone we were able to design a custom ring using their software and computer right there in the store. Victor and his wife treated me like family. They called me by name and made sure they took care of any corrections I needed to make with the ring. I felt so comfortable working with Victor that I even purchased our wedding bands from him, which he personally engraved a secret message from my wife to me inside my ring. You truly get a personalized experience working with Dickens Jewelers and I highly recommend the service and expertise that they bring.
I just got home from picking up my grandmothers vintage ring from Dickens.nI needed the shank replaced and reinforced. Ring is roughly between 50-70 years old. And the only heirloom in my dads side of the family.nThe job they did was absolutely incredible and beautiful. First time coming here and I'm so overjoyed by the service and how well my ring fits now. I'm afraid I forgot the mans name (if he ever said) but the main guy there was so polite and so professional and seemed to really understand how much it meant to me. My promise ring was done pretty quickly (almost two hours) and it fit so nicely, just how I wanted it. The decor and sweet dogs they have their are definitely a nice welcoming touch. From now on, this is gonna be my go-to place for any ring problems I have. Thank you!
