My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Kristopher Mark. The engagement ring and wedding band were both custom made and the vision we had came to life perfectly because of Kris. He was so personable, made us feel like family and is very talented!

My husband and I looked everywhere for the right wedding band for me, but had no luck. Ultimately we decided to have one custom made with Kristopher Mark Designs. We had a great feeling about them from the start! During the consultation, they asked to examine my engagement ring and when he brought it back it looked brand new. They had cleaned it up free of charge. Everybody was so kind and not pushy at all. Ray especially was great and very patient while helping us. They finished my ring within a month and I couldn’t imagine it being more perfect. It was all done for such a reasonable price as well. We couldn’t be happier!

I worked at Kristopher Mark Designs for 4 years as his Gemologist/Appraiser and sales consultant. A change in my life has directed me to work as an independent appraiser and consultant outside the store. I will truly miss working with my good friends every day. From an insider’s perspective, I can honestly say that few stores can match their level of customer satisfaction. Kris’s custom design work is museum quality and fairly priced. All jewelry repairs are done on premises and never leave the store. The quality of work and piece of mind alone is worth the visit. The goal of the store is to exceed every customer’s expectations and I have personally witnessed a satisfaction level of virtually 100%. The people that work there are some of the nicest, most pleasant people I’ve been fortunate to know. I have no reason or ulterior motive to write this review other than to bring attention to this splendid store and its employees. I will truly miss the staff (my family) and my wonderful customers.

Had a great experience buying a custom engagement ring at Kristopher Mark Designs. Their entire staff was very helpful throughout the process and were able to quickly find the perfect diamond to match a family stone. Kris created a wonderful setting based on our discussions and went out of his way to ensure everything was done in time. I will surely go back for future jewelry needs.

Kris and his team were amazing! My wife and I came to Kris with good amount of skepticism. We had a custom wedding band made for us by a different jeweler, and the whole experience was dreadful. Not only was their customer service terrible to the point of being rude, but their ring was so poorly made that we lost a diamond from one of the settings that had been handed down from my wife's mother. Needless to say, my wife was an emotional wreck and on our honeymoon no less. We started looking around for a new jeweler when we got home and after seeing his work and his reviews we decided to meet with Kris. We felt at ease pretty quickly after talking with him and left with hopeful feelings. When we next saw Kris he had a CAD drawing of our new ring with every detail imaginable. He had taken my pen and paper drawings and turned them into a work of art. I was trying to design the rings to interlock in an intricate way, and his attention to detail blew me away. They fit perfectly! He even provided us with a new diamond to replace the one we lost. My wife was thrilled with the quality and care that was put into her new ring. Nothing could replace the loss of a priceless family heirloom, but she absolutely loves how beautiful the new ring is. We are so thankful to Kris and his team for all that they've done for us, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.nn- Nick & Debbie
