Had a great experience from the initial quote to drop off and through pick up. I was kept up to date of any changes or concerns during the service and was offered savings and discounts. I was shown parts that were damaged on my car and everything was perfectly transparent and easy! Mike was really helpful in explaining the services and my car runs great now, I love the new tires and they were even able to take care of my inspection sticker while I was there!
I've never had a single new tire mounted with such care. It took about 95 minutes in the bay and 75 dollars, but it perfect. It's just perfect. Very balanced. But watch out they only guaranteed the job if they provide the tire.
My go to for tires is Sullivan Tire in Kingston. Needed to replace 4 of my Jeeps tires and only 6 months ago had to replace 4 of my Outback tires. Wow – A big shout out to Brian, Mike and Chris. They are truly focused on customer service. They work with you to achieve your needed expectations. This is accomplished with respect, calmness and friendliness. Mr. Sullivan has truly made a fantastic family business employing associates that treat customers as family. Thank you
