Everytime you come in is a gamble.nWhenever I come in I try to speak to the same couple of cashiers I know are good, both of them are young and wear red uniforms. If you get lucky and get one of those guys its the best parts store around. I always get what I need. Seemingly every other employee is either rude, unhelpful or sometimes flat out refuses to help you.
Quick, Crystal was super helpful. She definitely goes above and beyond every time. I will go nowhere else.
Complete and totoal incompetence. I regularly get the wrong parts or just time wasted by inexperienced kids who would rather sell you the wrong part 4 times instead of double checking once. 30+year old men at that.
Everytime I go I run into surly employees who don't want to answer questions and head the other way to avoid it. It's just not a pleasant place to shop.
I have been using Autozone since they moved into the area.nI have purchased from Rockland, Brockton, Kingston Autozone stores as well.nThe Marshfield store, in my opinion, is the absolute best.nI’m pretty sure it is because of the management in this particular store.nn“Tony” is my number one “go to guy”.nThe tools I buy from that store, and the parts I order are always spot on.nnIn the event of any problems, Tony has ALWAYS, Rectified the situation promptly.nJust wanted to give him and the team five star review, thank you for years of supplying me with the parts I have needed to keep my vehicles running!!
