Ron came by the campsite to winterize my rv. He answered all the questions I had. He was thorough, neat and very professional. I will definitely be calling him in the spring to install a couple of slide out awnings

I spoke with the woman who handles Ron's calls last week,i was told ron had eye surgery and they have been busy, i had left two messages before they picked up on the third call that week, I was told i would get a call either sun or mon to set a time to take a look at my camper that needs work,clearance lights don't work,neither does radio, need other work two but figured I'd have ron fix what he can first, anyways its 438 monday,i called rons and no one picked the phone up so i left another message, i had been waiting patiently all wknd and the last two days and was happy someone was going to take a look at my camper this week,i understand this time of year is busy for rv repair but you don't tell someone will call you and set a time next week to come out and repair camper then don't call, Very unprofessional to blow someone off,if you can't make it you let them know,you don't leave them hanging no matter the sercumstances.

Ron came out to my camper in May..checked some warranty work to be done...NEVER heard back from his company. I've left 3 voicemails and messaged him on Facebook..no response. If you need warranty work done...this is not the place! (Sorry but you could have at least called me back)
