Friendly and professional! I bought a used Subaru Legacy from these guys and they started on a head to toe tune up and fluid check before we even finished signing paperwork! Had a few small issues (rattling heat shield and a seat belt malfunction) and these people were happy to help and got me in quick! Would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience!

Good hard working people with great customer service. We have purchased 4 vehicles from them. Never had any issues. Trade ins have always been fair. Your buying a used vehicle so the risks always higher then buying new but our experience has been nothing but positive. Put them on your list when shopping for your next automobile. My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle for our son from Seacoast Wholesale, and it was truly one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. This was actually my second vehicle I've purchased from them, and both times have been excellent. Mike, Steve and Scott are all great guys and extremely honest. After putting a deposit on a Subaru Outback for my son on a Saturday, we told them we'd come back on Monday to pick up the car. Mike told us they'd get the car ready for us, but on Monday I received a call saying they'd found something wrong with the car, and would be sending it out to a Subaru mechanic to fix. They didn't want a car leaving the lot without it being perfect. Later that week we were able to take delivery of the Subaru and it was perfect!! They went the extra mile to ensure the car was mechanically 100% before letting us have it. Now THAT is great customer service. I've purchased many cars over the years, and the staff at Seacoast is easily the best group of guys you'd ever meet at a used car dealership. If your considering a used vehicle, go to Seacoast, you won't be disappointed!!!!!

As a first time car buyer the process was smooth and quick. The staff there was great and professional, they didn't rush me to buy a car it was at my own pace to look over the car and for the test drive. During the test drive I noticed the heat wasn't working so I brought it up to Mike and said that they will fix it before I come and pick up the car. The heat felt better but at the time of the purchase it wasn't that cold out to be using heat on full blast (also plastic trim they took off wasn't put back on correctly once again not that big of a deal). the car drove home perfectly fine no issues at all and I let the car sit for another day because it was my day off. I took it to work the next morning and noticed a loud squealing noise coming from the engine bay. I didn't think of it as a problem at first until I kept driving the car and noticed that it never went away so okay its just the serpentine belt okay not a big deal. about a week later the outside temperatures start to drop and i start using the heat and I noticed that it still wasn't getting as hot as it should (roughly 65-70 degrees on full blast even the car running for over an hour). Then 2 days later I get a check engine light, VSC OFF, 4LOW, TRAC OFF so the same day i bring it to Balise Toyota of Warwick to get it diagnosed and they said the codes that came up were (P2440, C1201, and C1340) Water intrusion into the secondary system caused the valves to seize open and pumps to go bad. Will need both switching valves and both air pumps to be replaced. and then I contacted Mike about it and he said to bring it in so they could take a look at it. (The car is currently with them and I will keep this review Updated as soon as the issues are resolved) But nothing but a great experience there and was still professional when I brought the car back. at this point in time I'm still 70/30 on recommending this place to family and friends but could change positive or negative on the outcome of these issues.
