Staff is hardworking, Dr.Hanlon is a wonderful MD! The medical assistants/nurses are the backbone of the practice! Thank you for all you do especially during a pandemic!

Unfortunately had to move on because of poor service. Been a patient for around 10 years. Was mis-billed requiring 400$ out of pocket. I followed their instructions for a telehealth physical upon THEIR request. Unfortunately it was not billed that way even after letting the billing department know that this was the request of your own office. They didn't seem to care couldn't stop looking at the $$$ in front of them I guess.

This is simply not a good medical provider. First, let me say that the actual medical doctors in this practice are good...if you even get to see one with their extremely limited schedules. Next I'll start with the most critical observations. First, as others have said, they take a completely casual approach to serious health problems, making a subpar effort to get you into the office if you have serious issues. They push you to use the Patient Portal to contact the office and claim they will return all messages within three business days, but you will be lucky to get a response within five business days, if that. When they finally do respond, forget having any sort of limited dialogue with the doctor or a PA--you get an answer to your first question, and they are done. The staff is sloppy, forgetting to do basic things that are key to the prescribed treatment. The most egregious error they made recently was that they sent my name to the CDC so that I can get a COVID vaccination in the 1A phase. I thought that was odd, since I am not even in the age range or have life-threatening health conditions. I got the NH CDC COVID registration email, went through the process, and discovered at the end of the registration that Core made an error and sent my information instead of a different person that should be in the 1A group. Luckily through some sleuthing I discovered who that was and contacted that person. Finally, as others have said, the staff is beyond condescending. Yes, you will have eyes rolled at you on a regular basis. Look elsewhere.nnEDIT: A mere three days after writing this review, I got a letter from Core Physicians Gastroenterology with full discharge instructions for diabetes (I don't have diabetes, nor did I ever go to get diagnosed for it). This was addressed to me on the envelope, but the name on the discharge instructions was for someone else with a similar name. Just another example of this organization's sloppiness.

Let’s just start off with I have had the same doctor for 3 years. I have not met her once they have me always see a PA. I have not visited one time without having some sort of issue. They never follow up with test results, or any returned phone calls. I would recommend you save your time and money and find a doctor better suited for the job. I also am going into surgery in September which they require covid testing and then they told me to go to a rite aid drive through. This is a pathetic excuse for a practice.

I cannot imagine ever setting foot in there again. The staff act like they are more important than the patients. I don't need to see nurses rolling their eyes. And the medical advice is questionable.
