I have been seeing Dr Pangan for over 15 years. I’ve never had a doctor that has been so thorough regarding my health. She will even call me if she finds something that requires medical attention. She has been helping me through not only medical issues, but my struggles with other personal issues. I will be sad when she retires.

Let’s just start off with I have had her as a doctor for 3 years. I have not met her once they have me always see a PA. I have not visited one time without having some sort of issue. They never follow up with test results, or any returned phone calls. I would recommend you save your time and money and find a doctor better suited for the job. I also am going into surgery in September which they require covid testing and then they told me to go to a rite aid drive through. This is a pathetic excuse for a practice

Very disappointed. I heard wonderful things about her husband, however the same cannot be said about how she treats her patients. Likely to find better interpersonal skills at a fast food restaurant. Was extremely rude and dismissive. Was seen for all of 6 minutes after waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. I hope that whoever sees this does not waste their time or money as did I.
