Have almost everything you could need!nWay better than a box store because they're knowledgeable.
Here for many generations you can find a HUGE selection of anything you'll find at a big box store but it's local, familiar and has friendly and helpful staff. It's really silly to drive all the way to Concord etc. Keep our local businesses alive!
Very expensive. You better know exactly what you want don’t expect much help it is hit or miss. The owner son works there and he is extremely rude to the staff and customers. If you know exactly what you need and are willing to pay extra for it to save yourself a trip to Concord then the store can be very useful. They do have a good selection for a small store.
Overpriced understocked. Staffed by a pack of unskilled children who've never done a hard day's work in their life.
In my whole life I have never encountered a Manager that works at Maxfields that was extremely rude to the point of over the top rude.. I have a Medical issue and wear ID that says I can not wear a mask, but to no avail. One of the managers there yelled and screamed at me and made are spectacle while in checkout and was I forced to leave because I did not wear a mask. The owner stepped in and calmed the situation but with no apology did he make. I understand talking to others that this manager has been very rude to others and his staff . In My opinion. Shop Elsewhere..
