This regarding our realtor Karen Eafrati. My Husband and I were first time home buyers and very scared by the whole process. Karen was absolutely the best choice to be our realtor because this was the most emotional time of our lives. Karen was there with guidance, knowledge and when things didn't work out she was there with a hug and helped us find the courage to keep going. She was always available to us by phone, email or even text messages. She was very bold so that we got the right house for the right price. She always located homes that were in our budget never over. We did appreciate her honestly as it was much needed. As first time home buyers some of the things that were on our wish list really was not reality. The home that become our first home really was not in our top ten homes at all but Karen had a vision and boy we are so over the moon excited that she had the vision for this home. It truly is the home we were meant to live in. It has everything that was on our list and so much more. The neighbors are like old friends, the school district is perfect for our child and well living on a lake just can't be beat. We see many great memories to be made in our home and we are so thankful that Karen lead us to our dream. Working with Karen was more like spending time with a dear friend or family member. If the time comes to sell or buy a home we will call Karen to help with the process..SHE IS AWESOME!
