The market here is so hot that we were worried that we were not going to find the right home . She stayed on top of everything that was on the market to get us in early. When we did find the right home she helped negotiate our offer to get the home under contract ASAP. Every step along the way till closing on the home Michele was there and went over and above her responsibilities as our agent during the process. We helped a friend, who recently had a stroke and had to retire early and go onto disability, to a get mobile home through Keller Williams. It was a HORRIBLE experience. We were upfront with the realtor-Stephanie, that it was going to at least take 3 to 5 week for our friend to move his funds from one account to another account to access the funds to get the mobile home, especially with a pandemic going on. Just before the 3 week mark Stephanie called and threatened our friend and us that she had another buyer if we couldn't prove we had the funds that day. We had to have our friends financial advisor call her and tell her the check was Fed-Ex to our friend on this given date, the exact same information we had given to her. She even made him go back to his office and get the tracking number for the check coming via Fed-EX. She then told the financial advisor she had another buyer in the shadows ready to buy. Our friends financial advisor was quite surprised at how rude and disrespectful Stephanie was to him. This continued on until the closing. When we thought finally it over. No such luck another issue arose- we were told by Stephanie when we viewed the mobile home that it had a full tank of oil a value of $450 and that was being included in the purchase price of the mobile home. The day after purchase our contractor went out with my husband to look at the trailer for some upgrades it was going to need before our friend move in and he point out when he was under the deck where the oil tank is located that the tank was only on a quarter to empty. So, I sent Stephanie a text and she again stated in writing that their was a full tank of oil.Thinking the gauge may be broke we had it check and sure enough only a quarter tank of oil, a far distance from the full tank that was suppose to be there as of April 3 when we looked at the mobile home, which was not occupied and the thermostat was off at. Then when we spoke with Stephanie regarding the oil issue, she was very short with us and again very rude. Our friend has been very distraught and has asked us to please let other people know that he would NOT recommend anyone purchase a house from Stephanie at Keller Williams-Hooksett . We fully back him. This has been a HORRIBLE experience.

Keller Williams now owns and operates this real estate office. KW is a good company with lots of agents to choose from, and plenty of helpful people. This specific office could use an interior update as it feels old and dark inside.
