Richard Valentin Gutierrez is someone who is very obviously doing what he loves. His passion for this job comes through with every conversation. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and we came to Richard with so many questions. He was patient and knowledgeable with all of his answers. The communication was amazing. Whether it was through text, phone call, or email, we always had quick responses. We never once felt like we were bothering him by reaching out. Richard looked at houses through snow storms and awful road conditions all day with us. When I thanked him for battling the weather with us he responded with, “I love what I do so this doesn’t feel like work”. That comment alone made us know we were working with the perfect agent. Any time an issue came up with us, Richard worked to keep the process on schedule for us. Richard’s hard work is why I’m writing this review from our brand new home. We are so grateful that we found Richard and would recommend him to anyone at all who is looking for a home.
