Very unprofessional. My wife and I had lined up a rental through Karin. When we received our lease there was an error. While we waited for the owner to correct the mistake she received another application and decided to reconsider. Karin had an attitude when I became upset at the possibility of the owner going back on her word. She got defensive and acted like a child. Karin didn't even have the decency to let us know we didn't get the place. She just left us hanging and ignored my final attempts at getting an answer.nnEdit after response: I understand that you're not the owner but that doesn't mean you have the right to be rude. Saying that my agent should *HAVE* advised us better just demonstrates how unprofessional you are. We were told we could have a dog and charged $80 for background checks before the owner changed her mind about the dog. There was nothing more to advise.

My husband and I have been looking for a home to rent, we found a place that Karin had listed. We were approved, told we got it, and sent a lease. The next day, we received a text saying “the owner was unsure now” and “received another application”. If you already approved someone, why are you still taking applications?? We called Karin to find out what was going on and Karin was rude on the phone and stated “ she would let us know ASAP if we still have the home”. Meanwhile we had already given our 30 days notice, and booked movers. 3 days later, we have STILL not heard anything. DO NOT TRUST THIS LADY. You will be sorry if you do.

Karin is the most knowledgeable and most kind person in real estate. She has helped us each step of our journey as a family from my husband buying his first condo, to the two of us purchasing our first home together, to finding our forever home as a family of 5. She was with us through every step of the process and was always there to answer our questions and to guide us. She knows the market and the communities in southern NH.
