Naser has given us the utmost best customer service! My Tacori set was purchased there and recently I lost a diamond and Naser took it right in and fixed it in less than a day! Also, Eli thoroughly check my entire ring as I had gotten it caught on a door handle and returned it to me cleaned and shiny and fully repaired like it was just purchased! Thank you so much!
Jewelers were very helpful and kind. I have gone to them for many different occasions, especially the times I have forgotten my anniversary and needed something special on short notice. They are the best.(Also very good at wrapping gifts).
Eli and Marie are fantastic and have always gone above and beyond for us at Naser. I'd recommend them to any of our close friends or family who are looking at an engagement, wedding, or just a special occasion.
The customer service is wonderful and first class. I needed my rings sized and they could not have been more accommodating. Instead of waiting weeks like some other chain stores, Naser will be done with them in less than a week. They do the sizing in-house, so my rings will not be sent away which makes me feel so much better.
Great people over there in Bedford!! I ran Suzanne up and down that store trying to find the perfect fit for my now fiancé. While I was doing that, her father (free of charge)fixed a necklace I brought in! I’ll definitely be going back! Thank you
