Elliot Family Medicine at Bedford

Have had both good and bad experiences. Same PCP doctor throughout. Have to be my own advocate and push for tests that were needed. Holly (nurse) is the BEST. Kat is also a great nurse. I love the fact the whole building is multiple services which makes it easy to get things done consecutively.

This place is so inconsistent. You leave messages and don't get return phone calls. Everything is about covid never-mind other people that are sick.

Came to this practice 2 years ago for depression and eczema. I was prescribed an ointment that never worked, and my depression was not addressed. I was informed, however, that I needed a mammogram, a pap smear, a tetanus shot, a shingles' vaccine, a flu shot and a colonoscopy. I opted for the Cologuard test, which came back positive. I then went for the colonoscopy. Dr. Danielson was not very compassionate or empathetic. I did reach out to her again as I will still depressed and now concerned about the Cologuard test being positive. She said nothing to calm my concerns, and let me remind you I was still depressed. I muscled through it. However, I recently had another terrible flare with my eczema and again contacted this team. I was treated for 9 days with a low-dose Prednisone. After I followed and finished the prescription, it rebounded. I once again contacted them to get help and they were extremely casual. I also asked to get a referral in reference to this, which took then 3 weeks. At that time they were also offering a referral for me to see a dermatologist or allergist they work with in Nashua, but it would be 2-4 months before I could get in. I needed someone asap. My eyes were swollen shut, and I was covered from head to toe in extremely painful, itchy, open sores and rashes. My new practitioner was beside herself when she saw how bad my eczema had flared and how I was treated by the team at Elliot Hospital Bedford. At one point I was reprimanded through my e-chart stating that they were very busy with Covid and staff having to be out to homeschool their children. I'm not sure why that made my issues unimportant and why they could not help me out in a very difficult time. I felt more like I was being sold services than being treated as a person who had needs of their own they wanted addressed. For this reason, I will not be returning to this facility and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dr Boylan and her assistant today were great. Professional and fun. Made me feel comfortable! Cant wait for her reality TV show to come out ud83dude02

Elliot family medicine is definitely the best Drs office! Ive been seeing Dr. Elgert for years and I can honestly say he's a great Doctor. I've never had a problem Corey up front has always made me feel welcomed along with the other staff. I definitely recommend coming here! Friendly, fast and clean!
