God awful woman and human being at her worst! Never trust a woman who claims to never have had a grandchild. She is out of touch with the times and certainly very ignorant when it comes to being more culturally sensitive. It's unfortunate to see someone so adamant to communicating in a tactful way. Let alone letting this lunatic run the show without any corporate supervision!!
