My daughter Kaylee has being seeing Dr. Packard-Pelli for about 6 years and we absolutely LOVE her!! She is really caring, kind and takes her time to listen. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, I really need to acknowledge what a gem she is!!

I've gone to Dr. Packard for over 10 years. She doesn't rush and actually listens to me. Love her

We absolutely adore Dr. Packard! She is so attentive, does not rush you, and makes you feel like each patient truly matters, and remembers things from the last visit or many visits ago! She is wonderful and very proactive with my 10 month old who she’s seen since birth. My husband and I see her as well for ourselves. We have so many friends who highly recommended her and we are so glad they did. Everyone else we have seen from the nurses to the office staff have been very friendly and helpful as well.nnYes, there is a bit of a wait, but that’s pretty much anywhere and I know they are working on it. It is still worth the longer drive even with a baby who hates the car ride, and that is saying a lot!

I agree with some of the previous comments. Despite relatively less crowded we had to wait for 30-40 minutes. Next time it may not be a bad idea to also try convenientMD nearby or quest . The staff we were polite and soft spoken.

Every. Single. Time. I bring my children for their appointments, they are late to take us in. And I don’t mean 5 minutes, I mean at least 15 minutes. It doesn’t matter if we have a morning or afternoon appointment. I don’t even bother coming “15 minutes prior to the appointment” because then we end up sitting for 1/2 an hour and with a 4 year old and 6 year old, gets to be a bit stressful. I don’t know what’s going on in the back office, but it’d be hugely helpful if they took the child patients in at their scheduled time (and didn’t have us waiting another long length of time in the actual back office).
