Great experience. I was skeptical at first. Within 30 minutes I felt my husband and I have found a great honest dealership. Looking to do business with them in the future.
I inquired about a car the beginning of November, and he didn’t respond to emails, phone calls, or texts for about a week. By the time I got him on the phone, the car I was interested in had already been sold more than a week prior according to him, yet nearly a month later it’s still posted on his website to draw people in. Very misleading.
I have been buying my cars here for more than 30 years. I have always had a positive experience and they stand behind what they sell. The cars are reliable and have been well maintained and cared for. I refer many friends as well as my family to purchase from Valley Street Auto.
