They will only do what is really necessary and not try to pressure and milk you. It might not be the cleanest wait room in town, but you can focus on all the money you are saving instead!
I know every time I have a problem or question about my car, these guys can always help me out! I've been taking my car here for quite some time, and I make sure all my friends and family do as well.
