Prime Subaru Manchester

The worst car buying experience we have ever had. Steve Carnavalle and I came to an agreed upon price for an Ascent. He low balled us on our trade-in then magically came back with with a huge increase. We both signed the bill of sale and he was to receive the vehicle from another dealer. After a week of trying to contact him and the business manager to find out why we haven’t heard from them yet I decided to go in. He stated they could t accept our finance from the biggest credit union in the country Navy Federal. I call the Subaru dealership up north who said absolutely they take Navy Federal and the local Toyota dealership did too. This wasn’t making since. He or others never returned my calls because they were figuring out how to stall the deal or cancel it after being led on for over a week. Come to find out I was told by a nice sales person there and additionally a sales manager from another Subaru dealership he magically made up a buyer and price for our trade-in to increase his sales numbers for the end of year and then cancel the deal. Way to go Steve! My friends and family will never buy a Subaru from Prime Manchester and I also will be writing to the owner of Prime of what happened at your shady dealership and the unethical games you play. But I do appreciate it because now we are extremely happy with our Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum from Ira Manchester. Fantastic customer service and PROFESSIONAL sales personnel, better vehicles and better warranty and better over all options.

Definitely a top notch staff. They listened to what I needed and had no problem taking care of things. Accurate inventory and they had no problem providing me a stock number so I when I walked in I could ask to see the exact vehicle I saw online.nnOn the finance side, they were really good about explaining options for financing and other items like extended warranty and gap. They also had no problem explaining every piece of documentation that was presented.nnOverall, I would gladly buy another car from them again in the future.

I have absolutely now words to explain how amazing our experience at Prime Subaru was. Tom was AMAZING, the service was just outstanding. He was extremely helpful, he did everything he could to make sure my mother got the deal she wanted on the car she wanted. He also worked with the manager, which was so helpful as well and so kind. My mother got the car she wanted at a great deal and we are just extremely thankful for the patience and help we got from Tom and the Manager. My wife and I had a great experience with Prime Subaru Manchester! Tom was our salesman and he was fantastic! He stated up front that he had just started selling cars, but what he lacked in experience he definitely made up for in motivation, attitude and attention to detail. We drove from central Maine to New Hampshire to buy this car, and we will definitely do it again when we are ready for our next car.
